I have been teaching and making music for more than 20 years. My musical adventures are defined by diversity. I love classical and jazz piano, perform in bands, and play in musical theatre orchestra pits. Additionally, I have been an elementary school music teacher and write electronic music. I am an active member of the BC Registered Music Teachers Association and the Comox Valley Piano Society.

My role as a teacher is to support students in playing the music they love from any genre or era. Music is a journey of discovery where we can express ourselves and connect with others throughout our entire lives. My lessons focus on expressive playing, technique and building a broad base of musical skills to foster individual growth. Most importantly, I want my students to enjoy the music they play and feel confident sharing it with others.
